- Return Period: All eligible items can be returned within a 7-day period from the date of purchase.
- Eligibility for Vape Devices:
- Vape devices and disposables that are found to be faulty upon opening can be returned, even if they are opened. However, they must not have been used.
- Items should be in their original condition and undamaged, though opened packaging is acceptable.
- All discounted sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For online orders, the same return conditions apply as for in-store purchases.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase must be presented to initiate a return. This includes a receipt, invoice, or any other form of purchase confirmation.
- Refunds:
- All approved returns will receive refunds in the form of store credit or loyalty cashback.
- Cash or credit card refunds are not available.
- Manufacturer's Warranty: Some products might come with a manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, any defects or issues might be covered by the manufacturer directly. Please consult the product's warranty documentation for more details.
- Exclusions:
- Consumables or perishable products, other than faulty vape devices and disposables upon opening, are not eligible for return unless specifically covered under manufacturer's warranty.
- Return Procedure:
- For in-store returns: Bring the item, its original packaging, and proof of purchase to any of our store locations.
- For online order returns: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Exceptions: Any exceptions to this return policy will be decided on a case-by-case basis by AT Vapors’ management.
